On behalf of Wright Productions, I supported a unique guest experience for distributors and influencers during the product launch of a new shisha line. My responsibilities included talent sourcing, securing hotel and venue accommodations, and coordinating promotional items to ensure our clients landed business deals to increase sales.
In my role, I creatively crafted a script, chose wardrobe selections and makeup styles, and engaged actors to personify the distinctive characters associated with each new hookah flavor. To guarantee client's needs were met, I supervised the proper setup of rooms, reviewed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and maintained effective communication with hotel staff.
I collaborated closely with the team to ensure the timely packaging and shipment of all promotional materials to clients' home offices to ensure all items remained accounted for.
