For the sixth consecutive IU Traditional Powwow organized by IU's First Nations Educational and Cultural Center, I facilitated the procurement of essential event elements, including the performance tent, bleachers, and portable restroom facilities, by sourcing and negotiating with vendors. Additionally, I oversaw the creation of marketing and promotional materials to increase attendance and engagement. To wrap up the event, I diligently followed up with vendors to confirm the receipt of all payments and materials.
